Mohala ‘unfolding petals’ is developed from Hawaiian Ka huna principles and then fused with other ancient, indigenous, cultural forms of bodywork. This deeply relaxing and healing bodywork encourages openess and expansion within the body.
Mohala floorwork practitioners will determine which Mohala floorwork session you be introduced to depending on your wellbeing and healing requirements. Each Mohala floorwork practitioner has their own unique skillset.
Sessions have been designed to allow the recipient to learn & feel how amazing deep connection, unconditional love and energy flow can activate and stimulate all of the senses within the body, allowing you to advance quickly in the following areas:

Mohala Hawaiian Ka huna fusion
Mohala creative Hawaiian floorwork is aimed at stimulating and increasing energy flow throughout the entire body, our creative floor work incorporates lessons in everyday movements you can do at home.
Our practitioners are hands on in stretching, balancing and moving your body into a variety of poses. A little like yoga with the benefit of your teacher actively assisting you to achieve the most beneficial pose or health inducing stretch.
These unique sessions involve full body massage, mudras, self development, yoga stretching and homework is given post session to continue the enhanced benefits in between visits.
Mohala Hawaiian creative floorwork sessions are ideally an extension of the healing benefits that have already been achieved on the massage table. Advancement into the floorwork is at your therapist’s discretion and recommendation as these sessions are advanced healing on a much deeper level.

Mohala Kundalini Fusion Floorwork
Mohala ‘unfolding petals’ floorwork incorporating Kundalini massage technique, Reiki and Hawaiian bodywork combines a variety of scientifically and empirically developed massage techniques and uses the Kundalini energy to heal deep parts of energy blocks caused by stress and past traumas that are stored in the deeper tissue of the body. The Kundalini massage technique is applied by the practitioner, who has learnt how to prepare with a very deep connection using the Kundalini Healing. To best facilitate healing the practitioner works with the intention of positively affecting health and well being. Techniques include holding, causing movement, and/or applying pressure through stroking the body in a series of actions that are systemic and rythmic in nature.
Adding a deeper dimension to massage, your Mohala practitioner will also activate each of your 7 energy centres, called the chakra system.
Your Mohala creative Kundalini bodywork practitioner will also assist you with deep breathing, include Reiki, Hawaiian massage and deep breathing techniques to assist with clearing of the headspace and opening and expanding your body awareness. Flowing massage and floorwork creates a unique point of difference with this decadent session.
