Level 1 - Taumata Tuatahi

Miri miri is Maori, meaning massage. Aroha healing massage program is a self development, awakening process that will allow you to connect deeply with yourself and discover or re-discover a part of you that may have been laying dormant.

In this first level we begin with an in-depth consultation. This will lead to you experiencing the activation and flow of your energy centres, specific massage techniques are used to deeply warm the body, calm the mind and heal the spirit. Your practitioner will provide essential knowledge and exercises, which help to release, if within you, unwanted past memories or trauma and give you a new outlook on how to bring about positive change in your life and environment. Upward energy flow is intensified in this level, and then moved through the body to become more creative, loving, sensual and energising within your body.

The practitioner will focus on Manawa (Heart energy) as the hands are extensions of the heart and an awareness of Whatumanawa (third eye) for enhancement of intuitive healing for you.

Level 2 - Taumata Tuarua

Aroha healing level 2 will review what has occurred in your life since your last session. We will discuss the changes (many times these are visibly obvious) that have made an impact in your life. These changes occur when one commits to the provided homework from the prior session. Aroha massage level 2 introduces breath & movement & advanced techniques.

In this second session you will experience a fusion of miri miri (traditional NZ Maori massage) and Hawaiian Ka huna massage styles, meditation, mantra and mudras. You will learn our simple Aroha heart breath techniques, with Egyptian body movement to allow for energy to flow freely and readily through your body. Breath is life and this session will give you a depth of understanding on how important great breathing techniques can be for you. Advancement on enhancement techniques (the ability to feel sensuality in your body) will be taught, and you will learn more about how you can feel totally energised, along with an amazing calming influence, and how this can be achieved with very little effort.

Level 3 - Taumata tuatoru

This session is all about deep connection, Aroha energy healing and balancing with Aroha healing massage techniques of miri miri, Hawaiian Ka huna, energy healing, Kundalini & Aroha.

Aroha healing session 3 enables not only the ability to control the energies of our physical body, but also to find the way to live our life experiences from our hearts. We remove the logical thinking, over analytical mind for a time to reveal the honourable, strong spiritual self.

Level 3 Taumata tuatoru will awaken your sensuality and all of your senses with a series of beautiful stretches, mudras, meditation and providing education & simple practical application of sensual kani kani (dance) movement. You will also learn that deep connection with your energetic sensual being can be powerfully fulfilling & enriching as well as deeply healing.
