Aroha healing couples sessions

Aroha Healing™ is exactly what you need to take the first step in initiating a loving and harmonious relationship.
In these levels you will experience the activation and flow of your energy centres, specific massage techniques are used to deeply warm the body, calm the mind and heal the spirit. Your practitioner will guide you both and provide knowledge and exercises, which teach you how to connect with each other on a much deeper level, and give you a new outlook on how to bring about positive change in your relationship and environment. Upward energy flow is intensified in this level, and then moved through the body to become more creative and energising within your body. The practitioner will focus on teaching you how to utilise Manawa (heart energy) – the hands are extensions of the heart, while at the same time, learning how to massage each other, and an awareness of Whatumanawa (third eye) for enhancement of intuitive healing for you both. The couples session levels are the first step; they will change how you feel about yourself and each other, and begin the process of transformation through self development & healing.
Your relationship will feel as though it has a new lease of life after these 3 couples sessions. The sessions are the same format as Aroha Healing levels 1, 2 and 3, however you will be learning how to connect, massage and activate each other’s energy centres, with the guidance & support of your practitioner.
We also hold couples nature weekend retreats to learn in a safe, healing and healthy environment.
